I support people through challenging experiences, transitions, choices, emotions, and relationships. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to fostering holistic wellbeing. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I am a strengths and essence-oriented therapist. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, MBSR, and IFS-IFIO (for couples) with a relational and humanistic frame. We can adjust various approaches to meet your needs. In-person or telehealth sessions are available for individuals, couples, or groups. Out-of-pocket payments are accepted and Superbills can be provided.
